verizon stinks!

I just thought I'd say that I absolutly can not STAND Verizon Wireless!! I do not reccomend this cell phone compay to anyone at all!! I have had it since May of last year and litterally have had some mysterious charge show up on my bill so many times....and verizon can NEVER explain where the charge has came from!! (And yes, I do still get forced to pay these ridiculous charges, anywhere from $5 to $20!) I have had problems with them replacing my phone that broke within a month after having it, and even though it was a factory defect they never did replace it...I had to borrow a friends old phone until I can afford to pay two or three hundred dollars for a new one (not allowed to get discounts for 14 more months!) The funny part is, I never recieved my mail in rebates for either of the phones we got, so I paid more money than I should have for a phone I never got to use. AND to top it off, they have like the rudest customer service I have ever encountered.

If it weren't for this being the ONLY company in which Jeremy get can cell service on in Utah I would totally switch in a minute. I wouldn't even care if I had to pay $400 to get out of my contract.....

I SO MISS YOU TMOBILE!!! I will come back to you one day!!!
